Morning workout

Dear diary, lets try digital mode 

What is measured improves right ? 

Fitness goals: 

1. Brain to muscle connection, as in "I can't squeeze left and right butt cheek separately now."

2. Make fitness a stress reduction,lifestyle , blah blah blah  a habit . 

3. Carve out time by myself with myself.

4. I want my pre baby , teenager , early twenties body or imaginary body back.  

Current fitness level feel : *Dumpling 3.0

Morning gym strength workout ?

Nope, skip. For now at least. 

Duration: 1 hour - 1/2 strenght 1/2 cardio

Focus : full body 

After workout : Full day sleepy , but very calm 



*Rating system based on my favorite foods. Dumpling 1.0 was the cute adorable me who went to group fitness classes. Could not get into any decent shape , gave up went to bodybuilders gym and paid a trainer to teach me how to lift. Got strong and sexy! Dumpling 2.0 Had a baby. Survived lockdowns and covid 19 pandemic , stress baked and cooked gained some weight. Was running and walking a lot. Yay.
